Fabrazia is a researcher native to Unova. She has 6 younger siblings which are totally open to make if you want them. She studies pokemon evolution and is in Orre on a research grant. friends Fabrizia isn't really someone who makes a lot of friends. She is more the type who has a few acquaintances that she can rely on from time to time to further her own goals. Still, anyone who can deal with her biting nature and harsh words is more than welcome to try. enemies Even for all the people that she's pissed off, Fabrizia doesn't have the patience for spiting someone and being their enemy. Most people dislike her, but her default is disliking most people anyway so any particularly strong hate will be one sided. She just doesn't have time for that bs. lovers lol no other Fabrizia hasn't been out of college for very long, but she's already trying to make a name for herself. She probably knows a lot of other researchers, and some of them probably know at her- it might just be to avoid her, but her name is out there. So! Al and Fabrizia are both researchers and Al is trying to make a name for himself so he could be respected, and since Fabrizia is known, I feel like Al would be one of those people that follow her work closely and want help with his own research maybe? ouo He wouldn't be that annoying fanboy that would follow her and want her autograph but one of those people that want to get better at what they do and seek the help of those that know what they are doing to him at least. So he would probably run into her, get her name and be like 'oh hey I heard about you ouo mind giving me some pointers if you have the time?' And if not that's alright :'D I can also just see them running into each other often or even helping each other with some research.

I should also mention Al is a pretty tough cookie when it comes to doing work. He can take harsh criticism no problem, as long as he personally isn't attacked then he gets... sassy ouo all the sass. Or he'll get really sad and just fight it back so yeah, I feel like they could thread together and have it end up alright. That and Al is resilient when he wants to be friends with someone.

I could see all of that happening! Fab would probably be especially harsh at first, because she only wants to work with someone she can respect and not some hack. Maybe put him through a test or two before deeming him worthy of her time. Even after he got into her good graces, she would expect a lot of mutual understanding of work and stuff. She isn't selfish with her research, but she only grants it to those who she feels in can put in as much work as herself. She would also probably be very critical of him and his actions, but not to be mean- she just wants to make sure that someone who met her standards stays in her standards and doesn't slip off the trail somewhere or acting a disgrace. Her words might be biting and mean, but really all she'll want is for him to do his best. Even if it comes off differently, that's all she wants.
Ofc, even if she can be a mean queen, if she feels like her colleague is getting attacked for no reason, she would defend him. Fab isn't the type to outright attack people unless she is provoked first, she's just hard to deal with. She doesn't like smear or slander campaigns and would gladly defend him if she thought he was in the right and didn't deserve it, especially after she came to respect him.

All this sounds great ;^; Al could really use someone to help him better himself, especially since he wants to be a good researcher and would want to do his best. He would handle any harsh comments he got pretty well if he realized that was what she wanted. He might fight back at first but he's pretty quick to understand the point of something if given context ouo like if they are researching together. I feel like she would become a mentor in his eyes pretty quick and he would strive to achieve what she expects of him. If he is worth her time, that is.
Aww <3 as long as it isn't an attack Al will stay a cinnamon roll and work hard to make her proud ouo even if he gets no positive reinforcement just a "you didn't totally screw up" is enough to make him glow for a month.
