His espeon had just evolved and he couldn't even use it because of this fish being part dark. Archer normally didn't turn down a battle, especially when he wanted to train but in this case he really didn't want to drag out any other pokemon and with that rough skin that he knew caravanha were known to have he didn't want to hurt his own pokemon in a senseless battle that would only drag out. Even he knew when it was a good time to walk away from something, and instead of lurching straight into a battle with this guy he .. tried to play nice guy and send the guy the way he actually wanted to go. It wasn't something he normally did, but hey.. if he didn't want to battle him he could at least pretend he was trying to help? It didn't make any sense and then the tug happened again as the Cipher was pulled on ... a fishing pole? Ah! It better not of ruined his coat or he was going to be so mad! A fisherman seemed to appear going on about hooking a trainer so they had to battle. Archer was far more angered over the fact he had been caught by a fishing rod rather than a pokemon battle but when the trainer send out a nidoran... and a weak one at that Archer about deadpanned. With a slight twitch he glanced at Espeon knowing it would be murder but why the hell did he care if this guy had to deal with it? "Espeon, Confusion." he said not even setting up a combo move for the creature. That was all it took as well as the nidoran squealed in pain before it toppled over and was quickly recalled by its trainer. "Ah! Nidoran, that wasn't nice at all!" he said to Archer who just stared. "Yet you ruined my jacket with your fishing rod. I find it completely fair." he said plainly. Archer silently went to move ahead because this area was obviously filled with people who were idiots and really got on his nerves. Luckily for that guy it didn't seem like he found anything but after realizing the cipher just let out a slight sigh since that wouldn't be a problem now. Instead it was by luck he had stopped right before a rather interesting sight. A hyper potion, those were pretty rare weren't they? He hadn't seen one in any store recently because they had been sold out so the cipher quickly scooped up the rare item and put it in his bag. He would definitely use that later, that was for sure.. and like hell he was going to give it back if someone said they had dropped it. Honestly, archer found it annoying more than he thought it would be. In the end it also meant that he would just have to work a little harder than he had originally wanted to and obliterate anyone that didn't have enough to offer. This little girl was no exception as she said she wanted to take home his pokemon and didn't really have any strong pokemon whatsoever. It was annoying really, why was she even in this place. Without responding to her pleads he motioned his charmander forward and the battle began, and was almost a bit too brutal as a few good embers did their job as the tackle poochyena gave hardly affected charmander. It was a good sign at least that the charmander was getting better, that was at least a good thing in the end. After taking the little girl out all archer mentioned was four little words to the girl. "You shouldn't be here." it was the nicest thing he could stay as he kept walking hoping for some better luck at this. WE WON'T GIVE UP THE FIGHT AGAIN TAGS: @moddy mod | NOTES: he wants to fight It seemed the very thing that he wanted finally seemed to show up no matter how weirded out he was by the creature that emerged. Yes this person was a creature from some canon depth it had climbed out of. It spoke with its mouth fool and Archer only seemed to turn up his nose at the creature as it spoke at him with words he hardly understood. "ugh, I couldn't have asked for someone with manners. " he groaned to himself as he moved back as the creature seemed upset and released two pokemon, ah it was a double battle again was it? The cipher nodded as both pokemon moved forward now. "Espeon, helping hand, then confusion on wooper." he called. "Charmander growl then ember on wobuffet." he said strating the battle as the moves began as helping hand boosted charmander again as it launched forward with a growl and opening its maw with and ember that went at the wobbuffet. The confusion also managed to hit tis target sending the wooper back some before it shot a water gun in retaliation at espeon thankfully instead of charmander. Wobbuffet however seemed to have coat itself before charging doing a significant ammount of damage to charmander. Shit this was going to be tougher than he thought. "Again!" he called. It was their best strategy and all they had right now, the attack launched again making the boosts and debuffs stronger with their second round. With the strength of espeon it would only take one more good hit for wooper to faint and that was a good thing as charmander released another maw of fire at the wobuffet, but it only seemed to power up the creature more as it launched at charmander. Espeon however quickly moved in the way to defend charmander but took a significant amount of damage that even had Archer worried. "Espeon!" he yelled quickly going through his bag grabbing a potion and quickly applying to espeon. "Charmander finish off that wooper while i do this!" he called and charmander seemed more than willing considering how much espeon had done for him. With a strong scratch the wooper fell as the wobuffet enabled a safeguard so that it couldn't be damaged by effects. Damn that meant a burn wouldn't happen and that was trouble some. With the potion Espeon was completely recovered and stood to join charmander. "Together both of you. Give me your strongest combos." he called. Together Espeon and Charmander attacked managing to critical hit together and finally take down the troubling wobuffet. "As much as I despise your manners you were helpful in teaching my pokemon, so I guess I will thank you." he said looking at the two pokemon and heading on his way. used potion on espeonIT'S WHO WE ARE WE WON'T HIDE OUR FACES FROM THE LIGHT [Googlefont=Oswald][Googlefont=Open Sans] I CHOOSE YOU!
