He should have really brought a fishing rod, especially if it was gonna be this bad. Alas, he has to deal with the consequences. "Well I guess I can go to the shop tomorrow, because holy crap this is taking forever." He scratched the back of his neck, mainly out of irritation. It eventually got to the point where he started to kick pebbles off the pier and into the water out of frustration. It was then that he heard the pebble make contact with something in the water, it even made a yelp!

Then it popped it's head out of the water, and Reginald let out a small little sounds of happiness, one that he really wished that nobody heard. "Alright Sahara, time to get ourselves an arm-less wonder! Kick some sand to get it up here." He was a little bit more excited then he should be, but it has been hours since he started to look around. He was gonna capture this thing, one way or another. So that is what the little trapinch did, she kicked sand and even tried to make a tomb out of it, all to lure the water type out from it's habitat.

Sure enough it did happen to work, as the pokemon jumped out of the water but it still had a grin on it's face. Was it happy that it was attacked? Or, was this pokemon always happy regardless of being kicked with sand? He needed to know. It did retaliate with a water gun, which managed to catch the ground type by surprise, and landing a critical hit. "Hey now! Sahara are we just gonna let it do that? Hell naw'!" He encouraged the little ant-lion, and with a small nod she went out for a bite attack. Thankfully that hit, and the wooper tailed to tail whip the trapinch away, but she wasn't having any of that and went for another bite.
