Right now we have a raid event going on. If everyone helps out, we can knock out this event in a matter of days. But it's dragging on because few people are participating. Here's why you should participate:

You DO have time!
Writing posts for this event takes far less time than a normal modded adventure or a social post.

It's easier!
There's no typing, no HP, no PP, just make an attack move and a status move in one turn. DONE. Use the same moves how ever many times you want! (Except your pokemon gets tired when it hits 5/5, like normal).

It's ESPECIALLY newbie friendly!
Levels and the number of pokemon you have don't mean anything. Money is hard to come by on this site, and this raid makes it easy and plentiful!
