Long ago, the region of Orre was a place of untold danger, where two groups: Cipher and Snagem, wished to rule the region through the power of shadow pokemon. Pokemon who's hearts had been closed and were used as machines to fight rather than as partners to the trainers who caught them. These groups were defeated by courageous young trainers who wished to free pokemon from these fates and restore peace back to Orre. That peace has lasted many years and perhaps has done more bad than good for the region of Orre. With so much peach, how will the region react to the rumors of Cipher returning once again? The peace has been a blessing indeed, but with peace always springs a new enemy that wishese to destroy it once again. Which side shall you choose in this endless struggle between peace and chaos?

Jasper found a disc and wrapped her little paws around it, cooing as she walked back over to Billy who took the item and gave it a closer look. "Hot damn Jasp that's a find worth pocketing." Billy shoved the item in her bag and they continued on their way down the street. [break][break] Next thing Billy knew this poor little thing, shivering up a storm got shoved out of a door in front of her and out on the street, apparently it was harassing someone for treats or whatever. "Well fuck, you're a long way from home aren't yah?" snorunts weren't exactly a common sight, at least not to her. [break][break] The little shit got scared and tried to use powdered snow on her bear and Billy was instantly annoyed over this. "Hell. Beat it Jasp" the bear was already well on her way to using her babydoll eyes on the pokemon, it let down its guard for just a moment and she gave it a flurry of swipes for the trouble the pokemon cried out and tried to pite back but her bear worried little, swiping again at the shivering creature. The pokemon tried to use double team but the bear was as much of a little shit as her trainer, sticking a foot out to trip the scurrying pokemon. Before it could get up she got on top of it and started using her lick attack until it wasn't going to be moving anywhere any time soon. [break][break] "Alright Jasp you can stop now, damn." Billy gave the bear a look. "You really take after me don't yah?" She fished a pokeball out of her bag and threw it at the pokemon, she actually really liked snorunts actually so she wasn't about to pass this up if it went in the ball.

Jasper's intent searching after the battle produced a pokeball which Billy wouldn't say no to, replaced the one she'd just used up on the snorunt. She wasn't planning on collecting every pokemon in sight like most people just the ones with baller evolutions and cool as shit movesets. So far that was going pretty well too. "Why thank you Jasp, you did a good job." she ruffled the fur on top of the little pokemon's head before they moved along, Billy scanning the buildings to see if she could find the one she was looking for. [break][break] The bear tried to get her attention and get her to move down an alleyway. Billy waved her off. "Go explore yourself I gotta find that building." the bear huffed and did just that, walking down it on her. She found a poochyena rifling through some trash and it snarled at her, she stuck out her tongue and blew a raspberry at it (something billy had taught her to do) and it started howling. Jasper rolled her eyes and tried to lick it. The poochyena shivered in response and she swiped at it before it could respond. It tried to tackle her and she swiped again and again and it went on like this, that sort of trade off until she managed to dodge a tackle at the last second and come out on top with a flurry of swipes. [break][break] The pokemon fainted and the teddiursa looked at it trying to figure out what to do now. She sniffed around a bit, trying to find an item before grabbing the pooch by the foot with one paw and dragging him out to the front of the alley. She waved at Billy until she came over. [break][break] "Well fuck Jasp that's a great way to introduce yourself." she teased the pokemon before using that pokeball they'd just found to capture it.

While they were busy dealing with the poochyena settling into it's ball the Teddiursa's attention was caught by a fish flopping its way out of one of the Phenac fountains. She gasped at the site and watched as it wildly flopped around trying to find its way back to the water before scurrying towards it to try and help. "Oh damn don't you eat that shit here in front of me." [break][break] The teddi had a hard time getting the wiggling fish in her paws, it kept jumping away and flopping to the side before she could get a grip on it. Finally getting her paws around the fish it wasn't without a bit of a temper tantrum. The pokemon, in all her little bits of strength, proceeding to smack the fish against the nearest wall. Multiple times. Actually if one were counting the bear smacked it against the wall about as many times as it jumped away from her. "Uh Jasp-" The bear beat the fish against a nearby rock, by this point it wasn't looking very alive and happy. "Jasp throw the damn thing back in the fountain already." the bear smacked it against the fountain before throwing it in. [break][break] "Sweet arceus Jasp really?" She gave the bear a look and it huffed back at her before pawing at her bag, feeling tired. Billy went through her bag and when Jasp nodded at the potion she used it on her. Maybe that would keep her from beating another pokemon on a wall.

They were back to walking around and checking into the building around phenac to see if they could figure out which one was the one her parents had sent her to. Honestly billy couldn't care less about the whole shindig they were going on about per usual but she only had so much choice if she didn't want the rest of the family breathing down her neck about it. [break][break] Jasper found a stone she liked while messing around with stuff in ther area, sniffing up items the way she did. She had a knack for it, was part of why billy picked her over her brother when she could have. [break][break] She'd put the stone in her bag later after something else distracted her.

The little shit came out of nowhere and started clinging to her arm. If he was at least asking about something she might have let it slide but he wasn't, that was suspicious as hell. Half the tie these little shits were pick pockets so Bill was already shaking him off when Jasp tried to under his shows and make him fall over. [break][break] When he fell on his ass he released his pokemon, a stupid pidgey. Honestly Billy kind of hated birds, so did Jasper. It tried to fly up and use gust but Jasper held fast waiting for the move to stop before she jumped up and grabbed the bird by its feet, yanking it down to the ground. She threw it down like a sport ball and pinned it. The pokemon tried to peck at her with its beak but she bopped it before lashing out with her claws in a flurry of swipes. It pecked back but she sat on it and kept swiping until it stopped pecking. [break][break] The pokemon didn't last long, definite strength gap. "Better luck next time yah little shit." Billy gave him a wave and she and her pokemon walked off.
