Some would say that Arden and Briana Callaghan gave birth to a monster that warm summer day. Liam was born with a male twin, a brother that he grew up very close to. For a time, life was happy, but things wouldn't always remain that way. When still young, the twins' mother mysteriously went missing. Rumors circulated that it was their father that killed her, but without any proof, there was no way to arrest him. Arden became overcome with grief over the loss of his wife, began to drink and lost his job. The family's wealth dwindled into nothing and before long they were living off of stolen goods in a crappy part of some town. Their father was abusive and violent, but the twins stuck together like glue.[break][break]

Then one-day things went overboard when they were seven. Their father came home smashed, and in his drunken rage hurt Liam's brother to the point he almost died. It was here that things would change. Liam's own protective instinct kicked in, and in a rage of his own, he snapped, somehow lifting the refrigerator with ease and throwing it at their father. The impact instantly killed him, and in horror at what Liam had just done, the brothers fled. From that point on, they survived on their own, together, using their skills of thieving to survive. Liam's inhuman strength never seemed to disappear, being capable of lifting just about anything with ease and hurling it. But as his strength grew, so too did his temper.[break][break]

At the age of fifteen, another tragedy would occur. A fight would break out between the brothers, and in his rage, Liam would wind up hurting his brother. While his twin survived, it was just barely, and he took him to a hospital to recover. But unable to face himself after what he did, he left before he recovered. When he finally returned, grief-stricken, his brother had left, and no one could tell him where he went. He never saw his brother again.[break][break]

Liam distanced himself from people in general after that. If he got close to someone, then that would mean he would just wind up hurting them. But he never gave up the hope of finding his twin again one day. Pokemon would become his best friend, and his current and only one is a Zangoose. The two share a close bond.
