Russet was born and raised within Pyrite Town, a place that many people would consider a place no-one should go let alone to raise children, the town was pretty much a ghost town where you were to live off of scraps and to plunder items in order to sell them for a decent price to guilable trainers. As the raven grew up, he started to make a gang that would allow access to The Dome, which was used to do illegal Pokémon battles and to auction off Pokémon for a decent price. None of this really mattered to Russet, especially when it came to the fact that it was earning you a living even if to most it would be the wrong thing, but Russet wasn't the type of person to be a goodie-two-shoes.

It didn't take long for word to sneak amongst the shadows that The Underground's lights had been flickering on and off as if people had been in there, being the curious person that he was, he decided to investigate if the rumors of the Mythical group known as Cipher back in the day were really back to regain their forces. Upon finding out that in fact the rumors were true, Russet bargained his way into becoming a grunt of the new CipherEX, where he plans on becoming an Admin.
