Meet Evan the traveling oddity that recently found himself gaining ownership of a bar he never intended to end up with and after spending the entirety of his life traveling is now tied down to Phenac. Kind of. He often leaves the place in the hands of the most recent stray he took in while he goes MIA for a few days to explore Orre again, and tries not to come back broken. He's over the top and can easily be labeled eccentric, sometimes dramatic, fancies himself an actor of sorts and is a lover of harmless fun, mostly the pranking or general fucking with people kind. I mean he leaves gummy eyeballs in patrons drinks and a fake cries when they don't like them as if its a horrible offense to not accept his 'gifts'. (He doesn't actually care mind you, it's just fun to see what people do). Needless to say, he likes pushing the boundaries a little too much.

Generally speaking Evan gets along with anyone that can put up with him and his antics and can get over the fact most things about him will be labeled unknown. He's not even 100% sure he has his age right because as far as the doctors can tell he suffers from amnesia and doesn't recall most of his life prior to age 13. On top of that he can't find any birth records or anything to figure out the gap, which is what led to his wayward traveling to begin with. It doesn't really bother Evan but he's aware it tends to bother other people when he can't really answer their questions and instead spins a tall tale. He figures people will get used to it eventually.

When he's not being a social butterfly and messing with people he's probably getting himself in trouble. His mouth gets ahead of him with the sass and sarcasm sometimes, often going off at the wrong people. Especially since he doesn't really think about what he's saying. He's a think it, say it, realize that may have been a dumb idea later kind of guy. He's also no stranger to the idea of breaking the law and if he doesn't like you he won't hesitate to leave you behind to clean up the mess. It's possible he's screwed over a thug or two in his times in Orre.

It is also not uncommon for Evan to, as he puts it, 'pick up a stray or two' along the way. Usually other wayward souls in need of a little help and his heart's a little too big to turn them away.
TATIANA - the girl is one of the most recent strays to end up on his door step and she currently helps out with the bar by playing waitress for him.
STRAYS AND REGULARS - regulars at 'The watering hole' in Phenac, his bar, or strays/drifters that tend to come by and make use of the fact he's always willing to help them out if he has the resources to spare.

THE ASSHOLE STRAY - i would love to see someone try and take advantage of Evan's kindness in a not-so-good way, especially since it's hard to piss him off but Evan's temper is horrid if you actually get him there. I'd love somebody that manages to pushes his buttons in the wrong way. Or multiple that do

OOPS DID I SCREW YOU OVER? - like i mentioned above there's probably some people who have a bone to pick with evan because he didn't like them and was a dick, i would love to see one or two of those
