I don't have Kat's plotter up yet but I thought I'd post here anyway. Both being researchers, I could see them somehow meeting each other somehow while possibly researching or something. Her parents were really renowned researchers in the past in Kanto, so maybe he's even heard of them. She learned everything from her parent's so she isn't really a clueless researcher. However, Kat's only 12 years old! She's just a little girl! A little girl without any siblings of her own and a very childish nature. I could see her deciding she really likes Alastair and latching onto himlike a leech. Even without his consent I could see her considering and calling him "big brother" and pestering him like she was his little sister no matter how he felt about it. I just think they could be really cute together and possibly have some funny interactions!
