Reginald was brought to the Orre region by his parents to live with his uncle, he is unsure why to this day but it was mainly because his parents simply didn't want to raise a child. So they left him at Pyrite, good parenting. He spent most of his childhood trying to get his uncle's attention but the guy seemed to never really care for the young Reggie, which made the boy want his attention or approval even more. He even learned to be a mechanic just like his legal guardian, but that didn't really mean much to his drunk uncle. So at the age of eighteen, he found an run down bike and dragged it to the garage to repair it. After that he was gone, making it a point to avoid that section of the town, his uncle had no intentions of loving him so why should he.

After working at the Part Shop for several years, he decided to make it as an traveling mechanic, riding town to town and doing odd jobs. So this is how he will meet most people, either by helping them fix something, or by bumping into them between jobs. The guy can also be seen hanging around bars, mainly because of his little alcohol problem that he seemed to develop from his uncle. He has been described as an idiot, which isn't short from the truth given his dense nature, although if it's about most mechanical things he would surprise you.

This lug is a good friend towards the people he meets, and like a puppy to the person he really loves. (//coughMaiya//cough) Reginald is loyal and would do anything to help someone out, although when sides are to be taken he would find himself on the neutral point and standing in the back when the two teams go at it.

Caspian is an Mossdeep city native, who was classified as one of those 'troubled' students during his youth, while in reality the only thing troubled about him is the fact that he was usually the smartest among his peers. He just never really wanted to do the work, so he settled for doing what got him by, and giving the finger to anyone that said other wise.A troubled genius one would say. He was recruited in Cipher during his first year of college, and disappeared without a trace to go to the Orre Region as one of their researchers.

The guy aims to be admin, mainly so he can have his own office and work at his own pace (with a few naps inbetween). If given a reason to be motivated he might actually put in the work, and maybe even pull his fair share of the weight around the labs. Right now though, he might be one of the factors why some of the research is a little slow.

He isn't a half bad guy once you get used to his rather lazy nature, as he isn't particularly evil. Cass mainly joined Cipher because they gave him something to do, so he is often credited as one of the members with his humanity left intact,besides most of his evil thoughts are against Jake and his bloody family. So he is open to meeting people, especially researchers or other smart folk, as he might get a little too sarcastic towards people he deems, 'stupid.'
