The search for Charmander wasn't going well already. It just wasn't showing up. On the plus side, Andrea seemed to find something interesting. The Zangoose waddled over to an outcropping of rocks and a couple of moments later came back carrying something. She offered it to Liam, who took it and turned it over in his hands. A Water Stone. Well that was useful. He slipped his bag off his shoulder and carefully put the blue stone into it next to the other one he had.

After that the two of them would continue their hunt. Maybe it was hiding behind some rocks. Maybe it would pop its head up somewhere. Hopefully they didn't come across any other trainers.

Finally after a bit of searching they finally had some lucky. And they didn't even have to worry about coming across any other trainers. The little Charmander had just popped its head up from behind a rock and was staring at them from a distance. It was Andrea that noticed it first, and nudged Liam in the side and pointed towards it. When his eyes glanced over there though the fire lizard seemed to freak and quickly popped back below the rock. Liam shrugged a bit and walked over that way with the Zangoose.

Andrea rushed forward before Liam could stop her and practically lunged over the rock. However for some strange reason when she did, there wasn't anything on the other side! The Zangoose looked around quickly in confusion before all of a sudden an Ember seared her tail fur! Andrea jumped and turned around to see the Charmander at a bit of a distance in a defensive stance. She also took the time to give Liam a glare, who was giving her an amused smirk. Stupid trainer.

"Okay, okay, don't get mad at me. Just focus on the Charmander." he said, holding his hands up in surrender. "Use a Quick Attack and then Scratch." Andrea huffed at him but she'd handle him later. Right now it was time to take on this Charmander that seemed to get mad at her when she was just curiously checking on it. She followed her trainer's commands quickly, startling the poor lizard. After the poor thing recovered, it used another Ember, but Andrea managed to dodge that, then used a Scratch of its own. The Zangoose used this as a chance to use another Scratch of her own.

That was enough for Liam and he threw the Pokeball at the Charmander. The lizard yelped but went into the ball, which wobbled and clicked.
