Fabrizia is the kind of person that when she comes into a room, you think 'man, I have to work with this bitch?'. Cold and hard to work with, in the scientific field of pokemon research this woman already has a reputation. Both good and bad, of course. No one wants to work with her, no one really likes her, but her scientific research on evolution is unrivaled for someone of her beginner stature in the community. Fabrizia is the type who will do great things, the only problem is that she doesn't mind breaking a few eggs and getting messy to do so.[break][break]

Its hard to blame her. Growing up poor and with six younger siblings to take care you, Fabrizia had to rake and scrape just to help get food on the table. Her dad tried, he really did, but living in the slums of Castelia in Unova didn't offer a lot of opportunity to a single parent. Money was short and things were thin. The blue haired woman would be almost ashamed to admit how many times she went to bed hungry just to make sure someone else had a morsel in their stomach. She was the type who had to grow up too early, never had a real childhood.[break][break]

Its surprising to many that someone in her situation even 'rose above it'. All of Febrizia's years clawing for what they could get, she made damn well sure that she was able to go to college. Good grades, study hard, lose yourself in the books, no distractions. She wanted to do right by her family since it always seemed like no one else would help. She wanted to help them herself. She never had any friends in school, she discouraged them, but she never had bullies either. Anyone who tried to bother her would find she really didn't care or get a tongue lashing like they wouldn't believe. People learned to leave her alone. College was really no different, and she sadly made more enemies than friends thanks to her harsh demeanor.[break][break]

Fabrizia is a lady of business, yes, but she does what she does for love. She is many things, but she isn't a bad person. Unrelenting and even a bit cruel in her honesty, but not really mean. She loves pokemon and just wants to improve their lives, as well as find a way that they can help improve those of humans. She has taken a special interest in evolution, following in the footsteps of Professor Rowan from Sinnoh. However, she specializes in the catalysts of it and focuses on 'abnormal' evolution; the kind that is only gained through special stones or strong bonds, and even the pokemon who never evolve at all. She wants to solve those mysteries, but she isn't going to let something silly get in her way of that.[break][break]

This research is what led her to Orre in the first place. Rumors and legends of Shadow Pokemon who couldn't evolve, even when they were exposed to things that should make them. She wanted to know more, if it was painful, what could make the body naturally reject the transformation. So she asked for a grant for funding and was approved. After taking one of the Lab's spare pokemon and getting a boat ticket, she was off to discover what secrets she could.
