If you don't like him then fine, he's not going to force a friendship on you or any kind of relationship. But the guy is a softy, he won't fight back if you try to coax him into one and even then, he'd be too cowardly to fight, well not so much but that's how it'll appear. He won't hesitate to shield a friend from violence directed at them and would gladly take the hits if it meant protecting his friends. As nobel as it is, it's rather stupid and careless. Sometimes it might even lead to his death.
The way Eli is, it be easy to push him around, use him as you want but be careful about it, he might be gullible...but with enough thought and some smarts he'll eventually catch on what ever it is your doing and get defiant, defensive and might cause some issues.....
Aside form this, really lacking on possible plot ideas for enemies and him can get into.

[attr="class","mercybod"]Eli is not scared of relationships of the romantic nature and yet he doesn't really lean towards any one gender which generally leaves him open for possibilities. But even though he doesn't shy away from romance and love, he generally is lacking experince in the love department. But if you managed to hook this awesome guy then you'll rest easy knoing hes a good guy and wouldn't really stray. Secretly though he's a big romantic, sucker for it in fact.
