[attr="class","mdhopen"]Rather than having a board filled with several threads of people attempting to buy or sell pokemon and pokeeggs My Darkest Hour will have this single thread for the sale and purchase of pokemon and eggs to keep things all in one place and easier for member and staff alike to keep an eye on. Members will make 'booth' posts to advertise pokemon and eggs they have for sale or trade as well as 'wanted' posts stating what they are looking for. While trades are up to the players all pokemon and egg purchases will have a set exchange rate according to their rarity tiers that have already been decided by staff.

Members will be expected to keep these posts up to date on their own. Any that are not being kept up to date may be subject to deletion and will have to be reposted with greater accuracy.

[attr="class","mdhtextbod"]Egg exchange rates will differ according to the rarity tier of the pokemon known to be inside the egg*, which breeders will know from their egg rolls in the pokemon breeding thread.
Tier 1 eggs will be sold for 50 poki
Tier 2 eggs will be sold for 80 poki
Tier 3 eggs will be sold for 120 poki
To clarify, the poki will not be received from the site. Upon purchasing an egg a staff member will remove the poki from the purchasers account and it will be moved to the seller's account.
*Please note that event eggs cannot be sold and are character bound. They may be traded if one wishes but may not be sold for any site currency.

[attr="class","mdhtextbod"]Much like eggs hatched and leveled pokemon may also be sold at a price that will be determined according to their rarity tier. Pokemon will be sold at higher rates to prevent due to the fact they are already hatched and potentially have already been awarded levels.
Tier 1 pokemon will be sold for 70 poki
Tier 2 pokemon will be sold for 100 poki
Tier 3 pokemon will be sold for 140 poki

[attr="class","mdhtextbod"]All pokemon that are shiny, or eggs that are guaranteed to produce a shiny have an added value of 30 poki.
For example:
A shiny tier 1 egg would be worth 80 instead of 50.
A shiny tier 1 pokemon would be worth 100 instead of 70.

A shiny tier 1 egg would be worth 80 instead of 50.
A shiny tier 1 pokemon would be worth 100 instead of 70.

[attr="class","mdhtextbod"]Poekmon and egg trades will be decided upon between members. We do however, ask that you make a post here in this thread once the trade has been decided upon to alert staff to the fact that the pokemon will be moving accounts and prevent any trouble that might occur from pokemon randomly hopping accounts when they should not be.
Currently members are not allowed to trade amongst their own characters and may only trade to another members character. If we find anyone with a secondary name pretending to be another person to get around this rule they will be subject to consequences as the staff see fit.

[attr="class","mdhtextbod"]Item trades may work the same as pokemon or egg trades and must be decided upon by the players, after which they are to be posted here with the trading form to be witnessed by a staff member.
Gifting will work similarly, simply post here with the gifting form as to what you are gifting and to which character, staff will confirm that this gift has been logged and you'll be welcome to give the gift. Gifts may be pokemon, eggs or items, its up to you.
