Long ago, the region of Orre was a place of untold danger, where two groups: Cipher and Snagem, wished to rule the region through the power of shadow pokemon. Pokemon who's hearts had been closed and were used as machines to fight rather than as partners to the trainers who caught them. These groups were defeated by courageous young trainers who wished to free pokemon from these fates and restore peace back to Orre. That peace has lasted many years and perhaps has done more bad than good for the region of Orre. With so much peach, how will the region react to the rumors of Cipher returning once again? The peace has been a blessing indeed, but with peace always springs a new enemy that wishese to destroy it once again. Which side shall you choose in this endless struggle between peace and chaos?

[attr="class","distortpost"]Oh wow, it was actually a nice day out today. [break][break] That was the initial thought that ran through the guy's head as he stared out his apartment's window, while eating his breakfast. Of course he wasn't the first one to notice this, as Leng was pressed against the glass, gazing at the outside since she woke up. Kinda was rolling around the table earlier, a clear sign that she wanted his attention, or food. This time it happened... to well be both, but more so attention. Knowing the little spheal, it was gonna continue until he took her outside. [break][break] So with a small sigh, he took another swig of his coffee, and rubbed his eyes as he made his way to the front door. The pokemon following suit, all while humming her own little happy tune. [break][break] "You make it seem like we never go outside or something." The remark was responded with a small huff from the ice-type. She wasn't really happy with that, and instead started to paw at the door, telling him to hurry. [break][break] When the door opened, she was free! Free to roll about, as Jensen followed suit although a little slower and sipping his caffeine. Would help for the couple hours of sleep he managed to get last night, maybe this walk would do him some good. Who knew what awaited him this morning, although chances are, Leng would try to 'stay out of trouble.' Which was never really the case. [break][break] ------- [break][break]

[attr="class","distortpost"]As the little ball of fur continued her little rolling derby, Jensen made sure to keep a close eye on the little thing. Sure it was essentially their front yard, but who knew what lurked around these parts. Although he didn't really had to worry about Leng, she was a little on the feisty side, and would make it so whoever tries to test her, rue the day. Also wish that they brought a sweater. either or really. [break][break] He kinda had an idea on where they were going, mainly because the little thing had a set path when she went out for a walk. Or roll as it should be put. The spheal had a tendency to make her way towards some of the fountains at the entrance of town, which was kinda the reason he had Leng in the first place. Just as long as she doesn't get in trouble or anything, it should be good. Although for Leng, trouble was usually not far behind. [break][break] Didn't really seem to be the case, as she actually happened to bring a toy? She started to roll another ball towards Jensen, and let out a small meep signifying that she found it. "Hmm?" He reached down to pick up the ball, and it turned out to be a greatball. Well that's...great for a first find of the day, that's for sure. So he pocketed the item while petting the little fluffball before she continued on her rolling adventures. [break][break] ------- [break][break]

[attr="class","distortpost"]"What kind of trainer justs lets his pokemon roll around?!" [break][break] The voice was a little on the high pitched side, and seemed to be directed at the unsuspecting Jensen, who glanced at the child who made that claim. Well, he wasn't the best trainer or anything, but that was mainly because he hardly knew about the whole trainer business. Sure he got Leng to protect himself, and she has gotten in a couple battles since he first found her, but that was about it. While he simply shrugged at her comment, because it was a five year old, it shouldn't hurt his pride. [break][break] Leng was a different story. [break][break] The spheal on the other hand had other plans. She changed course, and started to roll towards the five year old. Oh sweet Arceus why? The little girl did manage to avoid to rolling wrath of Leng, but let out a huff and pointed at the fluffball. "See! Tried to kill me! Bad trainer, bad trainer!" [break][break] With a small sigh, he let out a small huff which made the Spheal stop in her tracks and glance up at her trainer with what could be described as 'puppy dog eyes'. He knew what the little thing was doing, but at this point the child was asking for it. A stare came from the duo, staring the child down while Leng started to hop up and down. It was a challenge. [break][break] "Go Reli, beat that dum-dum trainer!" Well, he wasn't expecting that. An Relicanth, if he remembered correctly it was a fish but the Spheal didn't care about types or anything. she wanted to show her dominance, and show that Jensen wasn't as bad as claimed. So she started to let out a mighty growl before shooting a burst of water at the rock fish. Surprisingly it seemed to deal a nice bit of damage. [break][break] "This could be easy..." [break][break] That it was, as Leng simply rolled circles around the fish shooting bursts of water, with the occasional puff of snow. The girl on the other hand couldn't handle the barrage, and simply told the pokemon to harden. Even he knew better then that. With a final water gun the fish fell, leaving the spheal doing a victory lap around it's body. [break][break] The little girl stood there, glaring back at the rather smug looking duo before returning her pokemon, and fleeing the scene. It seemed like she was tearing up at her lost, but Leng didn't care. [break][break] The spheal fought for his honor, and she won. [break][break] ------- [break][break]

[attr="class","distortpost"]"I should have gotten a second cup of this..." The thought was followed by him sloshing around the coffee in his mug, that or maybe he should have tried to get another hour of sleep or something. Insomnia was a bitch sometimes, but thankfully he did manage to get some sleep last night, so that's a plus. No sleep hallucinations or anything, the only downside that was glaring sun. Either way another cup of coffee would be nice, and it might give him enough energy to keep up with Leng, or at least give that illusion. [break][break] "Excuse me, did you just make that little girl cry?" The voice was once again feminine, but older from the sounds of it but the tone was a more serious one. Jensen tried to open his mouth, to claim that he didn't mean to, if anything his spheal had a more of a hand in it. Sadly she was already going off, and wagging her finger in a scolding manner. "A man should not make a girl cry! Especially a little one at that!" [break][break] The trainer let out a sigh, as he knew how that was gonna go. Especially if his last encounter was any sign. He hit the nail on the head when he sent out her pokemon, interestingly enough it was another water type. Did everyone in town have water types? He couldn't really speak much on the matter, as he was walking around with a water type. [break][break] He pressed his lips together to let out a small whistle to get his Spheal's attention, and in no time at all she rolled between his legs and made a pose that could be compared as some over the top hero pose. "What am I gonna do with you?" It was a faint mutter to his ice type, who didn't pay much attention as she stared off this clamperl. [break][break] She wanted to show her superiority as the resident water queen. Well, at least something along those lines. [break][break] The battle started with Leng doing her usual thing, rolling around in an defensive curl, before occasionally leaping up to fire some powdered snow at the clamperl. It appeared to be around the same level as the relicanth, which was good news for the spheal. It meant she was still on top. [break][break] Leng kept up the pressure, with the clam trying to sue it's own water gun. Thankfully, it wasn't as powerful as the little seal's and the battle was over with little to no difficulty. Causing Beatrice to let out an annoyed huff, before storming away. [break][break] Was Leng that strong, or were the trainers around here too weak? Either way, Jensen hoped that they would at least be a challenge, and sate Leng's desire to be queen of the water types or something. [break][break] ------- [break][break] I swear if this ends up like last time...

[attr="class","distortpost"]If it wasn't one thing, it was another. It seemed that everyone wanted to get his attention this morning, sadly he wasn't really one for this many people to want his attention. Especially from who he was getting it from. Children and girls in their teens. This was not the kind of magnet that he wanted to be, that's for sure. Or perhaps it was his size? If that was the case, he would hate to explain to people tat he was a man in his mid twenties. [break][break] "You dare defeat one of us! You got another thing coming! The Battle Belles never lose!" [break][break] Jensen didn't ask for this, if anything it was Leng's enthusiasm to blame. She was the one that got them in this mess, but he simply sighed as he rubbed the bridge of his nose. They got themselves in this predicament, so they might as well deal with their problem. "...Fine, fine, challenge accepted." His voice was a little on the quiet side, as he crossed his arms in a rather nonchalant manner. [break][break] So out she sent was a slugma. A fire slug. Well, at least it wasn't another water type? At least that is what Jensen hoped, as that would be rather hard to imagine. He glanced down at his spheal, and nodded slightly as she knew what to do with any fire types. Make it rain, and prevent any fires. Pair that with her enthusiasm, she was already racing off with an quick growl and burst of water. "Shouldn't be that hard." [break][break] Well if you compare the slugma's speed to Leng's, it was an show of two different type of pokemon. The fluffball did prefer to just roll around in circles around the slug, as if flaunting her speed. Although that slug did start throwing rocks which wasn't fun at all, especially since apparently rock was strong against ice. "Who thought of that rule? It was stupid." [break][break] A couple stones did manage to hit the little Spheal but it only fueled her fury even more, making it even worst with the water. Until that stupid slug was the one eating rocks. With a smile, the ice type managed to topple the slug, proving her dominance before rolling her way back to Jensen, who was taking the last sip of his caffeine as the second battle belle fell. [break][break] "This was gonna be a long day isn't it? I just wanted a walk..." [break][break] ------- [break][break] Oh my god, and actual battle.
