[attr="class","mdhsub"]dem breeders gonna breed
[attr="class","mdhbody"]
[attr="class","mdhopenbod"]
[attr="class","mdhopen"]Hello breeders of Orre, this thread will be your best friend as this is where you will submit your forms to have 2 of the pokemon you currently possess breed and produce eggs that you may use as you please! There are however a few rules and the like that you will need to be sure to abide by before submitting these forms but once you've acquired the eggs you may do as you wish with them be it hatching them at your leisure, attempting to sell them or maybe just keeping them around until you decide what to do with them!
[attr="class","mdhsub2"]What qualifies as a breedable pair
[attr="class","mdhtextbod"]
- SAME EGG GROUP just as in the games breeding pokemon must belong to the same egg group in order to qualify for breeding.
- 1 MALE | 1 FEMALE a pair must be made up of one male pokemon and one female pokemon in order to breed unless a pokemon falls under the special requirements section.
- SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS MET certain pokemon are only able to breed under special circumstances, please see below for pokemon that have special requirements to be sure you've met them.
- once the above have been met PLEASE BE SENSIBLE in your breeding pairs. Just because technically in the game they can breed doesn't mean it'll fly in an rp setting. We're talking about things like skitty+wailord, while technically they can breed we ask that you not do this to your pokemon. This is for their safety. Please do not be that breeder.
- DITTO being the special snowflake of breeding that it is, ditto may still breed with almost any pokemon that is not itself, even certain genderless pokemon that cannot breed otherwise. Please see special requirements for details.
- LEGENDARY AND BABY TIERED POKEMON MAY NOT BREED there will be no exceptions. Baby pokemon must advance at least once in their evolution latter in order to breed and legendary pokemon will only be obtainable via events and will not be breedable at any time.
- MUST BE IN YOUR POSSESSION pokemon must be in your possession and if you are breeding for a nonbreeder you must be in temporary possession of the pokemon (this will be up to players to work out between them, not staff).
[attr="class","mdhsub2"]Pokemon with special requirements for breeding

- Nidoran ♂ may only breed with dittos. Their eggs can contain both the male and the female line.
- Nidoran ♀ may breed within their egg group, their eggs may also contain both the male and female line.
- THE GENDERLESS AND THE DITTO while normally speaking a genderless pokemon is unable to breed should a breeder have access to a ditto they may breed the following genderless pokemon

[attr="class","mdhsub2"]Breeding cooldowns
[attr="class","mdhtextbod"]Pokemon have breeding cooldowns depending on their rarity tier as follows
This should be tracked by breeders in their pc. The cooldowns starts the moment a staff rolls the eggs for you, not when you post the form. This means that if you posted the form for a tier 1 pair on Feb 2nd but did not receive eggs until Feb 3rd they will be able to breed again on the 10th, one week from the 3rd.
- TIER 1 has a cooldown of 1 week
- TIER 2 has a cooldown of 2 weeks
- TIER 3 has a cooldown of 3 weeks

[attr="class","mdhsub2"]How it works & What you will receive
[attr="class","mdhtextbod"]Breeding itself will be easy, you fill out the form with the information needed by staff and we will randomize the following:
And that's it! You will not know the abilities or eggmoves of a pokemon in an egg until they are hatched. Egg moves will not be reliant on the parents and will be randomized upon the hatching of the egg. For further details pertaining to the hatching of eggs please refer to the egg hatching thread.
- How many eggs you will receive (Characters with Breeders as a main class will receiver 2-3 eggs whilecharacters with breeder as a subclass will only receive 1)
- If you are breeding pokemon of different species you will be given the species of each egg.
- Whether or not any of the eggs you have received are shiny
