He turned and watched as the man took a seat and was about ready to wander off elsewhere when he started talking again. He stood and listened intently, at least he was willing to answer. Something seemed a bit off about his final comment though, Endric couldn't quite place it however and chose not to dwell on that for now.

"Covered in blood sounds more interesting than some of the other things I've heard in this place." that could be taken a couple of ways, he knew, but he'd leave it for the other to interpret as he saw fit too. "Gives it a certain flare." he couldn't help the grin that followed the comment. "Thank you for the advice though, perhaps I'll make a detour or two after I've seen the rest of the tower then." he gave the guy a nod of welcome and for a moment thought to try and find a way to stall the conversation. It wasn't so much that he wanted to talk, more he wanted to get a better feeling for this person. Perhaps he'd have more opportunity another day.

"Suppose I've taken enough of your day though, so unless you're bored enough to keep me around I'll be on my way." he kept the option open with a gentle smile, he wouldn't blame the other for sending him on his way anymore than he would if they wanted him to stick around out of boredom. He'd done the very same on more than one occasion.
