[attr="class","mdhopen"]I hate to do this guys but I'm afraid the staff team has to right now, as I'm sure some of you have noticed some growing sparsity with us.
On top of our staff experiencing life interruptions that have us scattered a bit a recent issue in Nevermore's real life has left her with a lot on her plate and we can't be 100% certain when she'll be able to return to the site in full and I can say with a lot of certainty that my workplace is going to have me a busy little bee in short order and I won't have time to help pick up the slack. The others have their own things that have been keeping them away a bit too and with this in mind we have made the decision to put the site in a temporary hiatus while we wait for things to calm down enough everyone can be on hand.
We will not be shutting down entirely by any means. The site will be going into member only mode and all current members are welcome to continue posting and plotting and we apologize if there is a delay on any modding you may request.
Our goal will be to be to come back full force within 2 weeks, but please bare with us if it takes a little longer than that.
I'm sorry we have to do this but we don't want the site dragging itself by loose threads until we've got everything under control again. In the mean time there are a couple of things we want to find interested parties for so that we can have it already taken care of and ready to go when we come back to the site.
until we come off hiatus we will not be refreshing the swarm or modding period, we're pretty much just putting everything on stasis until we're back in full swing but you guys are more than welcome to keep going on mod threads you have already started, the current swarm and any social threads you have going.

[attr="class","mdhtextbod"]We're probably only going to look for one ad mod just to avoid confusion but whoever takes this role will be responsible for absolutely nothing else. They will take care of link backs and will be responsible for periodically going out and posting our ads on other sites. This minimod will not need to worry about affiliates however as we'll have our more code savvy admins handle that in the admin panel.
We essentially just need someone who is devoted to ads so we can keep them from piling up too bad.

[attr="class","mdhtextbod"]Spawn minimods will be responsible for helping mod people's training threads and not much else. While the main admins will still be helping with this and they won't be touching Colosseum threads we'd really like at least one person helping with mod spawns for when we're busy with plot projects and the like- as well for when summer comes and the rp boom occurs.
We may start with only one or two people but anyone who is not immediately taken on for this role but is still interested will be kept in mind in case we get to a point where we need more people for this one.

[attr="class","mdhtextbod"]This mod will be working under Amlin and Nevermore helping to go over applications and keeping them moving as quickly as possible. While they don't have to have experience with the Orre games it is greatly preferred if you have played it before and are a little more familiar with it. If you haven't that's fine and we'll give you a good enough run down to figure out what flies and what doesn't.
We'll need at least one person devoted to this but like with the spawn mods all extra members who are interested will be kept in mind for down the road in case we end up needing extra hands.
