Billy is rude, she's crude and she's one of the proudest bitches you'll ever meet for it too. She gets a hell of a kick out of the look on people's faces when they see her and think she's all cute and fun until she opens her mouth and they realize she might as well be the equivalent of a teen who spends too much time on the internet. Most people are pretty sure she's still a high schooler at best and to be honest? They wouldn't be entirely wrong.

Generally speaking Billy is an impatient little shit who couldn't care less about the repercussions of most of her actions. If its not going to get her in too much trouble, just a little bit she's probably going to do it if it looks fun enough. She's also extremely opinionated and blunt which makes her the sort of person people either love or hate most the time and she doesn't really pay attention to which category you fall in.

At the end of the day you either party with her or you go home like the sad s.o.b you are.

The Pond family is a well known one in the region of orre, they have been researchers of many things for many years and the name has a certain prestige to it. The entire family, extensive as it is, expects any child born with the name to become a great researcher in their own right and for the most part this has stayed true. Even if one is not the best researcher they've always been one and been a part of making the Pond name one worthy of having.

And then there's Billy.

Billy is the black mareep of the family and everyone knows it. If anyone is gonna foil their name its her. She's never been great as a researcher because she doesn't have the patience for it. She tries though, mostly to make her mom and dad who border like in sainthood happy. They're supportive even if they know their daughter is kind of the family blemish.

Much to her cousin's dismay event hough Billy sucks at everything she's supposed to be good at her parents have always supported her, or at the very least tried to. People often wonder how such wonderful parents could produce an individual like Billy.

Billy barely got through the schooling she did go to and dropped out before finishing even a single term at any college. She seems to learn better in the field than in a boring classroom anyway but that's easier said than done in this kind of field. She's trying her best but at this rate? no one expects her to make it to professor's assistant let alone professor even if her one true calling seems to be pokemon related research.

Billy plans on finding a way to prove them all wrong. Or make it big enough they get off her back.
