To be honest Billy wasn't that big a fan of Phenac. Like yeah it was the closest the Orre region got to something even slightly fancy but it was just too... she didn't even have a word for it. It was justt too something and it bugged her.

Or they'd be cleaning this up for weeks after it all went off (not at the same time mind you, there was a need for a certain degree of flare here) and Billy regretted none of it. It was the highlight of her day. Glitter everywhere.

Billy was busy getting one placed just right at a high up point on a shelf in some room she probably wasn't supposed to be in, not that it mattered to her. Honestly she had stopped paying attention to the people around her a bit ago because no one seemed to realize she was up to no good. She was in the perfect position to be caught red handed even.
