MDH rewards you with 3 different currencies for certain activities on site, each currency can be turned in for different rewards depending on what the currency. The most important is easily POKI, used to purchase most in game healing and capture items, followed by BP used to acquire prizes like evolutionary items and lastly the tickets, an incentive to plot with other characters.

The term usually used for these kinds of threads is 'social' threads. The tickets can be redeemed for randomized pokemon, though depending on how many you turn in you can influence the type and region that the pokemon is randomized from.

BP or battle points are rewarded for completely colosseum challenges. The amount rewarded changes with how many rounds you complete in a single thread and the level at which you complete them, the higher and longer you go the more you'll get in one sitting. These points are used to acquire prizes from the prize desk in the colosseum.
