Normally the bright side of every conversation, Tia is normally really hard to get down. Due to her young age she still has an innocence about her but she longs for a life outside the walls she grew up in. As much as she tries to be happy all the time she has a horrible horrible temper than can go off almost instantly without warning if she is upset by something. Tia can also be quite naive and easily tricked, but she is very loyal to those who she deems close friends with. It should also be stated that she doesn't really like guys all that much and doesn't really trust them right off the bat.

Tia grew up as the only daughter of a high offical in Phenac City. Her mother was the only one she really saw during her younger years because her father was always away on work business. It was her mother that Tia grew a close bond with, and it was through her that she found a love in music and cooking. As much as she possibly could she learned from her mother, and even got professional chefs to come in and tutor her how to cook. It was also during these younger years that her mother would take her out often into the world and gave her an exploring heart as a young girl.

News however, would come that her mother had fallen ill, the best doctors money could buy were brought in but none could save Tia's mother. The girl cried at her mothers bedside and was only pushed away when her father came home very seldom to speak to his wife. It was during the months that she was sick Tia received her corsola as a gift from her mother promising her to always take care of the pokemon. Not long after her mother finally passed on and Tia was left in the big house alone and by herself. Her father of course didn't have time to raise a child so nany's were hired but Tia became a troubled teenager as she had them quit left and right from her pranks.

In fact the young teen hated being kept inside the walls of her huge house and would be grounded to her room whenever her father found out. Of course, these fits were only settled by the young girl getting something she asked her father for. She was rich after all, she could have whatever she wanted, whenever she wanted... but it couldn't bring her the happiness her mother had. The only times she actually felt happy was in the times she cooked, which reminded her of her mother. Tia even started selling her food, and having someone else deliver it since she couldn't. Many people told her she was on the level of a pro chef and that made her very very proud.

Finally, at the age of 15 enough was enough and Tia snuck out with her corsola and a packed bag. If her father wouldn't let her leave, she would just have to make due for herself. There was just no way she could stay locked up in that house forever after all.
