The guy stands at roughly at around 5'7, making one not one of the tallest folks in a crowd that's for sure. It's a trait that bothers Cass, and will result in a harsh comment or tiny rant about the subject if pointed out by someone, especially a more gifted individual in terms of stature.

Caspian is usually seen with his glasses, but it is really unsure if they are prescription as it is a growing gossip with his colleagues. That is because the man is sometimes seen seeing seemingly perfect without them. It has been unconfirmed by the man, and has only seen a small handful of times so it is unsure if it is a crazy rumor just to gossip about the man.

It is to note that Caspian is a bit odd with his sense of style, as one day it could be all turtlenecks and khakis, and the next be a simple shirt with torn jeans. It's hard to tell what the man is gonna wear, as the guy is a bit flippant on the manner. Although it is to note that while working more secretive Cipher operations he makes sure to keep his identity hidden. This includes gloves to hide fingerprints, an slightly outlandish theif's get-up, all with wither a hood or mask to hide his features. As he claims an faceless villain is even more terrifying, that and he doesn;t want his cover blown at his current job.

Ahhh Lavender Town, 'The Noble Town' was the town's slogan which was always a bit perplexing. Perhaps it was because of the town's reputation as a literal ghost town, namely because of the pokemon tower, and the townsfolk who were a tad bit superstitious towards the subject.

Cue Caspian's parents, as they were one of those kind of folk. His mother was a supposed spirit medium while his father was one of the caretakers for the tower. So, it was safe to say that Caspian spent a nice chunk of his years bombarded with those kind of superstitions, and speculations.

Much to Cass' relief, even at an young age he mostly knew better then to believe those crazy and baseless stories. If anything, he would mainly use them on fellow townsfolk, or even his colleagues to this day, just to get them scared or away from him. Either way, his habits of being an arse aside, while the boy was growing up, the boy seemed to be leaps and bounds above normal children of his age.At first it was speculated that it was just a fluke, that Cass was merely grasping on the subjects at a slightly higher speed and the rest of the students would catch up. That didn't happen to be the case, as the boy found himself reading several years past his grade, and if anything continued breezing by with his academics.

It wasn't until he got to high-school that the young man finally got fed up with really caring about the school work, mainly because it stopped serving a purpose in his eyes. It was monotonous, a bore. So instead, the student just decided to not even bother. This was the start of his unmotivated way of looking at most things, despite his pride at least telling him to ace the tests. It eventually got so bad that the buy skipped out on several classes to try and find out something that would actually capture his interests. This continued till graduation.

This is where Cipher came in, or more like dropped in. After graduating, the guy spent a nice chunk of his time at university, however his habits still managed to stick around. Not really paying attention to the classes, as he was already reading on ahead of the source material, that and he didn't actually owned a textbook but just borrowed other student's, because those things were expensive. Getting back on topic, during his second year he was approached by a rather mysterious individual. Claimed to be a recruiter for a certain organization that was in need for an individual with the knowledge and intuitiveness, claiming Caspian to be one that they had their eyes on for a long time.

First came skepticism as the man was mostly sure that it was a weird timeshare program or something, however when he was given a couple papers and blue prints it peaked his interests. The things he saw were complex, intriguing and most of all was new to him. Which in turn led to the guy dropping out from his courses and flying to the land of the desert, Orre. It was here that he worked for Cipher in their science department, and managed to score himself a job at the pokemon lab, mainly as way to get valuable intel for both personal gain and Cipher plans on the side.

Regardless of his motives he is sticking around at cipher to see how things turn out, and perhaps even rise up the hierarchy.
