This is not a story of problems or death or a horrible life. No, this story is happy, as happy as a young girl could be born into a high family of Phenac City. Her father was the mayor of Phenac and had been re-elected more than once for the job as the people absolutely loved them. The child was pampered and became the angel of the Heart family. Her name became her as she grew to be a very happy child that loved both pokemon and those around her, bringing smiles to those who she met. Tia started to grow up and become more involved in her father's politics and job. She would follow the man around his office and try to help however she could.

When Tia became a little older she actually got into books and tried to learn as much from her father as she could. She would tell her father that one day she would take his place to be a mayor. This pleased him but he encouraged her to not to set her sights so thin and to explore the world better. It was in this that her mother would take the young girl under her wing and taught her about clothing and how to sow, repair and make clothing. This was another thing the child absorbed and spent her time learning to do what her mother had taught her. It started with fixing and making clothes before she began drawing to design clothes. This was a side passion that she continued even after she got back into her politics with her father.

At the age of twenty she was still a child at heart seeing the world as a open jewel that she could change to whatever she wanted. Educated and wanting for nothing she was on her way to follow in her father's footsteps. However, her father and mother did worry for her and her view of the world. While she was kind and generous and had a good heart, she was easily broken and she hadn't seen the real world. Finally causing a intermission her father asked her to once again step outside her comfort zone and explore more than just within their house and what she had. While she would always have their support (and the loaded pockets that came with that), Tia ventured outside into Phenac and got herself a job as a waitress for a rather peculiar man.
