Long ago, the region of Orre was a place of untold danger, where two groups: Cipher and Snagem, wished to rule the region through the power of shadow pokemon. Pokemon who's hearts had been closed and were used as machines to fight rather than as partners to the trainers who caught them. These groups were defeated by courageous young trainers who wished to free pokemon from these fates and restore peace back to Orre. That peace has lasted many years and perhaps has done more bad than good for the region of Orre. With so much peach, how will the region react to the rumors of Cipher returning once again? The peace has been a blessing indeed, but with peace always springs a new enemy that wishese to destroy it once again. Which side shall you choose in this endless struggle between peace and chaos?

It was not uncommon for people to come across mysterious buildings or ones that otherwise catch the attention of their imagination and wonder what was inside. It was not uncommon for them to weave tales of mystery or horro about these buildings, fantastical daydreams of what may be inside. What if it was a secret government hide out? They could be operating on people in unethical experiments or testing new drugs on pokemon they hadnt told the public about yet. Or maybe it was owned by one of the crime bosses of orre to store all their stolen treasure and dirty secrets. Or maybe a gruesome killer was hidden away in the backroom, doing the devils work while everyone else went on about their lives or there was a long forgotten treasure map hidden there. [Break][break] Most people simply daydreamed about this. Evan broke into the building to see if it was true. [break][break] Scoping out the building had taken awhile but he settled on voing in through a vent he was able to pry open. Going through a duct he barely fit in was a slow moving hassle but it wasnt the first time he'd done it. He kept going until he found another vent leading into a room that he could go in through. There didnt seem to be anyone in the room but he also didnt have the most advantagous view. With the help of his espurr they broke through the vent and Evan returned the pokemon to its ball. [Break][break] Evan got a good grip on the edge of the opening and swung his upper body through the opening, hanging from the vent. He was quite the sight hanging upside down from the vent in his beatten up top and long side shave hanging bellow him. Odd colored eyes blinked around at the room, looked like a lab of some kind perhaps? He tilted his head to the side, looking around for more clues, or perhaps someone he could question. [Break][break] Prefferably before all the blood rushed to his head.

I’ve reached the verdict that mostly, I’m a bore.
"Uhhhh, why the hell did everyone else get to leave the labs for a lunch break? I deserve to eat as well."A small groan from the man who had his face buried under a small mountain of papers. To top things off, only a small handful of them were his, the rest were the rest of the group's who just dropped them all on his desk as they went to the aforementioned lunch. Revenge for all of his bragging about his more superior intellect no doubt. At least that is how Cass would see it.
His little grumblings about his co-workers, and how good a slice of pie would be right now was interrupted by a rather loud thud sound. actually to be more correct it sounded like metal hitting against something, but either way it caused the researcher to jump out of his chair. "Holy cra-!" Needless to say it scared the poor guy out of his chair, followed by another thud, but this time it was him and his chair hitting the ground. "Please tell me that was just my stomach..." He muttered followed by another groan, this time from just pain.
With a couple short minutes for him to slowly get back up, and put his chair back at his desk before rather hesitantly debating on figuring out what that sound earlier was. Against his better judgement he took a couple steps forward, only to find a rather odd sight. A man hanging from a vent. "Okay either I am so hungry I am seeing things, or I fell on my head earlier..." Caspian muttered to himself as he rubbed the back of his head to check for any bruises as he slowly took a couple steps towards the guy trying his spiderman impression.
"So uhhh, please tell me you are with security, and only checking the vents." The man spoke with the most confused expression, as he was unsure what else it could have been. They were on a damn island in the middle of nowhere, so the chances of someone breaking in was low. That, or damn security was also out for this supposed lunch.
well well what was this? Someone emmerged from behind a stack of papers and made the mistake of questioning evan in the wrong kind of way. Not the kind that pissed him off but rather the kind of way that made it easy to mess with them. [Break][break] Evan turned to face the guy, head tilting to the side and a little as he stared at him. A dead pan stare before a slow smile crept across his face. "No." he stated simply before retreating into the vent again. [Break][break] He moved across the gap of the vent and made a point to shuffle a bit and to shuffle loudly. He took a moment too long too resituate himself on the other side on purpose letting his purposely loud shuffling hopefully leave the guy satisfactorly unsettled. Then he lay on his back a moment, ocompletely silent before slipping through the opening again. The position was a little awkward but he'd hung from worse positions before, and it gave him a better view of this one that had caught him red handed. [Break][break] "what are you doing here? Is it on animals or pokemon?" he stayed in the vent with his dead eye stare. He wasnt keen on leaving where he hang until he was certain he wouldnt get attacked for doing so. Not to mention he was hoping to freak the guy out a little.
