Long ago, the region of Orre was a place of untold danger, where two groups: Cipher and Snagem, wished to rule the region through the power of shadow pokemon. Pokemon who's hearts had been closed and were used as machines to fight rather than as partners to the trainers who caught them. These groups were defeated by courageous young trainers who wished to free pokemon from these fates and restore peace back to Orre. That peace has lasted many years and perhaps has done more bad than good for the region of Orre. With so much peach, how will the region react to the rumors of Cipher returning once again? The peace has been a blessing indeed, but with peace always springs a new enemy that wishese to destroy it once again. Which side shall you choose in this endless struggle between peace and chaos?

Aster was relaxed today, as he made his way to Agate. The place was quiet enough that he could relax without feeling to stressed about the day ahead. Of course, soon enough he would actually have to go train fl00f even if he really didn't want to call his pokemon by that but since mom had given the mareep the ridiculous nickname it has suck. Honestly, wasn't there something at least slightly manly that she could have called the mareep instead? Maybe he would get lucky and he could just throw the pokeball at something that wouldn't require any effort but he hardly doubted that was what would happen. As he finally made it across the bridge into Agate, he found that the white that he had on stuck out like a sore thumb.
Eh, maybe he should have planned better but then again, this was the outfit that he wore normally regardless of where he went. The only thing the man could hope was that no one would really recognize him all the way out here. In the end he had left hoenn to get away from the spotlight and he had done so for a few years, but he never knew when someone from hoenn would recognize him. As the man moved to the waterfall in the middle of the village he sat down a blanket and a basket he had brought with a sandwich or two to eat while relaxing. He hardly thought anyone would actually bother him way out here... considering most of the residents of Agate could tell the man was just trying to enjoy a sandwich on a nice day in front of a waterfall.
[attr="class","gdiisp"] It wasn't that she couldn't be out in it all together, no she could be if she really wanted to, she just couldn't be out for long. Especially on nice days like today, she preferred storms and rain, meant she could actually make it from one end of the village to the other without having to take shelter somewhere. That was the best part about storms. [break][break] Isra was awake early though today, normally she slept till the evenings but she just couldn't seem to sleep today, this left her with a lot of extra time and a drowsy look about her. If people actually talked to her they might have called all the yawning she was doing from being up so early cute. This was why she was headed to the places in Agate that were out of the way, somewhere other people wouldn't see her and she wouldn't have to deal with being teased so early in her waking hours. [break][break] ... [break][break] There was a big blurb of white in one of her favorite spots. If he didn't move Isra might have to sit on him. Oh well, not like it bothered her any. She'd give him a warning first though, executed by sneaking up behind him and smacking her walking stick on the ground beside him before leaning over him where he sat, careful to make sure her parasol still covered everywhere that wasn't well covered with at least a thin layer of cloth. She hadn't pulled back her hair though, long as it was the locks probably ended up in his face. [break][break] "What are you doing?" she normally spoke more but right now she was testing the likelihood of her having to sit on him.

Aster had only managed to sit down and get everything prepped only for a few moments before suddenly it seemed like someone else was with him. It didn't bother him too much considering it was probably normal for others to come to such a nice spot before suddenly it seemed a sound came from his right of something striking the ground. Yellow orbs naturally glanced that way as it seemed something else moved over him and a instant shade dawned on him over the sunlight that had been there moments before. Maybe if he had been prepared for the woman he wouldn't have jumped like he had but who really greeted anyone like that. Light pink locks tickled his face as the sandwich he had fell out of his hands and into the water floating for only a minute before another creature seemed to come from the water and eat it.
Aster just stared there... maybe a little broken hearted that his sandwich had been taken so young before he even got a bite of it. Finally yellow eyes glanced up to see the other who had bothered to go over him and cause him to lose his meal in the first place. "Sorry, i was a bit distracted watching a pokemon make off with my meal, what did you say?" he asked yellow eyes calculating and trying to actually figure out what she had. It wasn't that he was trying to be rude, but when you lost your lunch it was kinda important before someone who had startled you to begin with. He could only notice that the woman looked rather tired for the hour they were in and his questioning look turned to a frown before concern finally finished and took its place.
"You alright? You don't really look so good." he asked. Part of him wanted to pull away from the other because he didn't want to catch whatever it was she had but that would be rude right? Aster could only hope she would tell him what she wanted so she wouldn't be in his face anymore and he could try to have his second sandwich that (thankfully) hadn't also fallen into the water where more pokemon could steal the meal he had bought earlier that day.
[attr="class","gdiisp"] That was a problem seeing as she wanted her spot. She straightened herself for a moment, only half paying attention to his words, the slight terseness of his tone didn't settle with her well either. Perhaps if you weren't in another person's spot you would not have lost your sandwich." her logic was not always sound but it was her logic. [break][break] The next order of business was to walk around him, adjust her grip on her parasol and set her stick down next to him before sitting on his lap so that his torso would be to her right and she could look back up at him while adjusting where her parasol sat to make sure she wouldn't be hit by the sun again. She even used him for a little extra shade. "I would be better if there wasn't someone in my spot, but this will do." she had a feeling that wasn't the answer he was looking for but it was what he would be getting. [break][break] Isra sat there in his lap giving him a stern look at this point, she was easily one of the more relentless people in Agate and wasn't going to back down from this easy. If at all. Chances were she wasn't going to at all.

Aster didn't even understand what had just happened, he had lost his sandwich and it was because he was in someone else's spot? That didn't really make sense... he really didn't get it either as yellow orbs disengaged from her hues to actually look around for any indication that this spot was actually taken. Aster really didn't know how he could even tell that this spot was taken by someone else and before he could even speak his worries, the white haired male felt the sun once again return before suddenly a weight was in his lap.
One.. Two... Three blinks from yellow hues to realize that the woman in question had undoubtedly sat on his lap since he was "in her spot". This time what she said was not lost on him as a slight tinge of pink caught his face as he tried to process what was going on. The man had been approached by women but none had literally just sat on him.. so he guessed this wasn't too bad. "Sorry?" he said as if asking if that was the correct thing to say. "I didn't see any sign this spot was taken, but I guess you fixed that on your own." he said as she readjusted herself as his lap was now full with a woman sitting on him.
"I don't really mind if you stay there, but if you don't mind.. i'd actually like to eat now." he said as if asking permission to eat since she was now in his lap, and he didn't really want to get any food on her. "I'd offer you a sandwich but the extra one was just eaten.. but I do have some extra fruit if you want." he said moving his body slightly to reach and drag the basket closer. He would try at least to not jar her from the spot she was in so it was mostly the work of his upper body. "Anything in particular you like?" he asked still entertaining the thought that she might like something since she had ultimately joined this miniature picnic of his.
[attr="class","gdiisp"] After all, outsiders were the only ones that ever sat in her spot. People in Agate all knew she liked this spot and normally ignored it, letting her have it when she wanted it. Then again she could be very persistent about getting to have what she wanted. It wasn't like she was spoiled per say, she just wasn't afraid to put in a little extra effort where it was needed. [break][break] Isra narrowed her eyes at him for a moment before replying. "Outsider, anyone from Agate would have known better than to sit here any time but the morning since that's the only time I don't leave the house." it was stated rather matter-of-factly as though he should have known despite being from elsewhere. "Just don't get any crumbs in my hair, its bad for it." she gave him another stern eyed look at that one because she meant it with that one. She'd have been furious if he got crumbs in her hair. [break][break] She watched him retrieve his basket with mild interest before yawning again. My, she really did need to stop doing that. "I'm not really hungry, I had dinner not that long ago anyway and its not time for breakfast yet. That's a few more hours." for a moment she closed her eyes, enjoying the fresh air while he did whatever it was he was doing. For a moment she looked rather poised for someone of her kind of behaviors, sitting there on his lap, back straight, eyes closed beneath her parasol. That was usually how it was, she seemed like a proper lady until she opened her mouth.

Aster could only wonder exactly how she had managed to call this her spot, it was beautiful and he was sure a lot of people wanted to visit. Did that mean there were certain times of the day this was reserved for her? Was it just an unspoken rule about the village? How long had she actually been staying here to reserve a front row seat to a waterfall? The questions remained unasked lest he set off the pinkette to another round of lecture for sitting where he obviously wasn't supposed to. He knew how to be a gentleman after all he had done it before back when he was in hoenn it was where he had learned most of his manners after all.
When she spoke again he made sure to pay attention, last time he hadn't he had gotten sat on, so it was imperative to make sure he knew what was going on so that he didn't make another mistake and get a much worse punishment than being sat on by a woman. "Oh, so it's time based. I apologize for not knowing the customs of your village then. I've only visited Agate once or twice, but I've never actually been to the waterfall before, so I wouldn't have known. " he said moving a hand to his chest and inclining his head slightly. It was the only way he could give the appearance of a proper apology with someone sitting on his lap after all. "I'll make sure to remember that should I visit your waterfall again." he said with a smile hoping to mean what he said, he really hadn't meant to cause trouble.
A small laugh accompanied her words about her hair, and the smile didn't leave. "I see, I wouldn't dream of getting you dirty." he said calmly busying himself with his basket for a moment before it seemed she had yawned and the earlier look had been one of exhaustion and not of being sick. Hmm.. it was a good thing he hadn't said anything. "I see, you have a rather peculiar schedule. Is that normal for you, or is it because of a job that you stay up the way you do?" he asked. It wasn't being rude, the man was just trying to make conversation but he would also be okay with quiet as well as he silently pulled an apple out of his bag.
If she didn't want any that was alright, but it would have been rude not to offer after all. As she sat silently it allowed Aster's mind to trail a bit and he thought of how his mother would probably have liked this woman. Blinking at why the thought had come to his mind he started to eat his apple instead content to relax with the sun that was bearing down on him and hidden from the woman using him for a slight bit of shade combined with her parasol.
[attr="class","gdiisp"] She couldn't be sure if he was always like this or simply humoring her. She doubted she would know him long enough to find out. Even people that treated her well at first always drifted away and they became annoyed with how she was or found they simply couldn't handle her unusual schedule. Most people despised the idea of bending to another person, they simply wanted every one to bend to them. Isra bended to no will but her own. [break][break] "Thank you." she'd accept such an apology for the moment, though she would have been one to grow suspicious if he were to ever do this again now that he was so well informed. She chose reply and answer to his inquiries in one fell swoop as the two went hand in hand. By now she'd opened her eyes again and was staring out at the waterfall as she liked to when she sat there. "I can't be out in the day for long. It's not... good for me." she preferred not to say exactly why she could not be in the sun. People did not always respond well to her situation so while she was normally a very blunt and quick to answer person it was a rare topic she would not speak about. [break][break] "I usually stay up during the night, until the sun comes out. Then I sleep in the morning. I don't usually wake up for awhile so people come here in the morning more often than not because they know I won't be here. I would normally be asleep now too but..." Isra looked at the ground a moment, a little perplexed. She still wasn't sure why she couldn't sleep. "I couldn't sleep this afternoon like I normally do so I came to the waterfall for awhile to pass the time." [break][break] Isra looked up at him at this point, though this time there wasn't any agitation to her face. "Though a certain someone was in my spot and now here we are." this time around she wasn't saying it like it was a bad thing, simply a recount of the day. If anything she might have been smiling just a little. Then again she was far too sleepy to be annoyed for long. She found herself closing her eyes again once she was done talking. Isra knew better than to fall asleep in the sun but she was certainly more relaxed now.

Aster normally wasn't one to lie or sneak around, and while he wasn't happy to be caught doing something wrong apparently he would accept that he had indeed upset this girl. Why else would she now be sitting on him as punishment for being in her obvious spot as she had told him only a few moments prior. When she said thank you the man didn't dwell on it and just found it fine to continue biting into his apple and taking another big chunk out of the sweet fruit as he munched on it contently. The next part however caught his attention but he could also tell that she wasn't really wiling to talk more of it or she would have, so he had to be content with what he had received.
"That's unfortunate then, but not impossible. It's not wrong of you to not like the day so you shouldn't worry about what other's think. I have trouble sleeping sometimes too, so it's not that big of a deal. " he said shrugging his shoulders. He wasn't sure what the reason was for it, but simply wanted her to understand that he wasn't upset nor would he blame her for the habits that were her own. Not everyone liked everything and that wasn't a reason for one to simply hate another because of it.
As she continued however it suddenly made sense why she was tired and why it looked like she was about to fall asleep where they where. Hmm.. so she hadn't slept and that was why she was out here. A small smile caught his face as he tried to make her smile at least once more since she had already done so a few moments before. "Well then, it seems I haven't broken any laws ma'am. If you're normally asleep at this time, this here spot is in my custody. " he said with a fake accent that was probably really bad of the cowboy one he was trying to give her. "But I reckon' since yer such a kind feller for sharin' I can offer my lap for ye to enjoy it too." he said before losing the accent at the end with a small laugh.
"Sorry I couldn't help myself." he said with a slight grin before noticing that she was almost fading out again as his eyes glanced around finding a tree not far away. Hmm.. If she couldn't stay in the sun and she needed shade. "Excuse me, If you don't mind I'm going to move us here in a moment." he said quietly. "You can stand up or I can lift you, it's really up to you." he said softly hoping that he could sit somewhere where she could try to get some sleep if she wanted to.
[attr="class","gdiisp"] Actually he had given her the exact same advice she usually gave herself anyway. She rarely paid attention to what others thought. She didn't see a point in dwelling on such things when she could be spending that time on things that mattered. Not to say she hadn't wasted time on it before though, that was precisely why she spent no more time on it now. She'd wasted enough of her youth crying over being the only one awake after dark. [break][break] At least they would be able to come to agreements on something, for now. She liked to think it might last awhile but she also preferred not getting her hopes up too. [break][break] In all honesty she didn't have the energy to really answer everything he said, she was tired from the walk over here. Normally she didn't even sit around for that long before she began the walk back simply because she took the walk in hopes of getting tired to begin with. She might have dozed a little though, if not for his joke bringing her back tot he waking world. [break][break] Isra bumped the rod of her parasol against his cheek after he apologized. "Lass would have been more accurate you know." she smiled at him, she'd actually found his little joke pretty amusing and if she'd been more awake she probably would have laughed at it a little. A part of her wished she had been awake enough for that, she enjoyed laughing but never really got to do it much. After all, laughing at yourself tended to make you look a little crazy and she could only laugh at Walter so much before he needed to be smacked with her stick, or the broom. Though he usually attacked the broom. [break][break] "Moving? Well I hadn't planned on going anywhere until I went back home really." the idea actually went over her head as she was far too sleepy to really compute what he meant. Especially since he'd said 'we' and not 'I'm moving' which she would have at least expected. She was using the word 'surprised' to describe this man far too much and couldn't yet decide if she liked that or not. She didn't stand either, actually expecting to get a reply first.
