Being that Agate Village was his home town, and that he was already there to begin with trying to catch a Roselia, he headed directly over to the lab. He was the first of trainers to reach it. He took a deep breath as he new his parents would be so worried about him doing this, but he was afraid for their sake, he had to go investigate. He heard about the fairy tales, and needed to find out if they were really were true, the lab existed so they had to right? For once taking something seriously, he released his Bulbasaur, which was his closest friend, then they headed inside together looking to see what was causing lights to flicker.

Seeing as he had been spending more time at Agate than anywhere recently the man had been one of the ones informed of the gathering to the shadow pokemon lab. It was imperative that he was here, not because of the flickering lights, but because someone that had become important to him had wanted to come. Aster could understand that Isra wanted to keep Agate safe as her home but it was also worrying that she didn't have any way here without his help. Aster had told the woman that he could bring her so the male had offered his coat and place it on the woman to help with her sensitivity to light before getting on his bike and heading towards the lab where they were to investigate the lights.

It wasn't often she bothered to leave the boundaries of Agate, not because she didn't want to but because she simply couldn't. This was a rare time when she found a way to make it happen so she could be certain that the place she called home, even if it were in name only, was still safe.
"I'm alright Aster, thank you." She stuck close to him, careful to make sure no sun hit her skin. She was glad to have him with her though, she doubted she would have made it here without his help. "This place is odd." She looked around, noting that they were not the only ones there by this point.
Unlike the others Isra chose not to release a pokemon. Walter was not good with crowds. Ever.

Hadn't she just been to the lab recently? Honestly it felt like she was just here and meeting a cute little spheal and that guy who was still probably a stick in the mud. Part of her actually hoped that the shortie would show up again if only for her to pet that spheal again cause oh was it cute as a button. It made her happy to show a bit of a girly side instead of the tough shell she had put on for years now. Instead the woman focused on the task she was here for. Someone had hired her to find these lights or whatever and that was what she was going to do by golly. So the girl, handy with a flashlight this time, parked her own vehicle outside finding that someone else also had a bike here and man was it nice... before she entered the building.
Okay so maybe it wasn't the smartest idea as she pushed past the people already inside and cupped her hands over her mouth before shouting really loud. "HELLO!" and then quickly put a hand to her ear hoping an echo would ensue.

"HELLO!" Lace echoed back from behind Riley and the group that had started to congregate. She had only gotten inside moments before the other girl did and figured that would be an appropriate way to make her introduction. It would have been a safe assumption to make that they had all answered the call from Agate Village for people to go explore the place, so she had no reason to question these people further. What mattered what whatever was lurking in the darkness in front of them. But Lace felt no need to push herself to the front. She didn't move a step past the entrance where she stood and let Ragdoll take the initiative. The Shuppet was already starting to hover pass the congregation of individuals and towards the darkness.
An electric lantern hung in the girl's left hand. She looked down at it and flinched as if she had forgotten the item was in her hand the entire time. With a smile on her face, Lace twisted the nob in the front to turn the thing on. A flashlight would have been better for a streamline light, but the lantern did omit a soft glow that turned the color of Lace's hair stark white in its light.

As a few pleasantries were exchanged nothing seemed to be eerily wrong at least till the hellos shouted where echoed. " hello... Hello ... Hellooooo" it came back with different voices that would have scared the pants off of anyone who might have feared ghosts but hey... If it was just ghosts they had to worry about that wasn't a ... Lace gasped happily at the echoed replies that came from the darkened area in front of them. The voices were easy to distinguish from one another, meaning that there had to be more than one person waiting for them up ahead. Ragdoll had stopped as soon as the "hellos" were returned from the darkness and looked back at Lace with uncertainty. Had she seen something? A ghost's eyesight was definitely more useful than a human's in the dark.
“A tea party?” Lace questioned in an aloof tone. How would anyone manage to see where their teacups were in the dark? That was a new experience she’d love to be a part of. “Come along then,” she called out to Ragdoll as the girl weaved her way through the crowd with her lantern. The Shuppet reappeared by Lace’s head and kept an eye on the crowd behind them.

Kamil was soon joined by others, none of which he immediately recognized. With them all yelling out hello, and with it echoing everywhere, it started to give him a headache, making him slightly agitated. With them making so much noise he wanted to be a few steps a head of them, but not too far behind because he was afraid of the dark. After a few more echos, he realized some of the voices were different. "Hey guys, did you hear that, there are other voices! Someone else is down here, lets go see who it is, maybe they are the cause of the lights." Kamil started to walk a bit faster, going toward where the different echos were coming from.
