They had already determined their entry point and were in with ease.
"Focus on the archives, most of the information we're after should be there." The Cipher admin made the order, though it sounded a touch more like a suggestion. "A couple of you go through the desk in case anyone's taken the information out of the archives." he eyed the group that had been sent along on this mission, at least things were finally moving.
Endric himself slipped through the building aiming for the archives, he preferred to go straight to the place with the greatest likelihood of having their target. |

Getting in was easy. In fact, it may have been too easy. He was with a group of other individuals, and they had been given a task to carry out.
Find this and then that was the gist of it. The laboratory was huge, and the main rooms were too vast for holding what they were looking for, or so he was thinking. Eustace had broken off of his group without a word, his attention drawn to a room that seemed to stab at his gut. A desk, a chair, a lamp and a computer were sitting against a wall, but the rest of it seemed bland and boring- it was just a simple office.
He sat down in the chair and stared at the black screen of the half-dead machine, silent and biting his lower lip. Ignoring it, he began to dig through the drawers of the desk, searching for anything of interest.

Made sense that Caspian was here, as he was actually one of the people that was going to use all of this info. Thank heavens that there was other people on this mission, because that would be a pain.
The lab was a little bit on the bigger side, and these papers could be anywhere. Which meant they had to check everywhere. "Oh joy..." Caspian muttered when he received the news. So now he was mostly ruffling through the bookcases in search of anything out of place. They could have hid it in a secret compartment in a book, or maybe some old research notes jammed between them.
It was a small hunch, but hopefully someone would find something of use. Although that would mean more work for the labs.... |

Archer was of course one of the ones that had been called to help with this task, considering that he had been doing research on the region by himself before any of this had even been a thing. Still it was strange that of everything the boss had decided to send letters out instead of facing them all which was strange by any means. Instead the man quickly focused on something else finding his partner that he was dubbed with was cass, or at least that was who found closest too in his point of entry.
"I'm honestly surprised you're even awake Caspian, though don't get me wrong I'm thankful for it. " he said sticking close to the other for the time being ruffling through a few papers that was near the other. "You don't think you could hack a computer do it? Cause that would be wonderful about now." |

As for the other computers and desks there were a few papers scattered here and there but somewhere in this lab there must be a bigger resource of shadow pokemon than a few papers scattered around. |

"I know right? Was in the middle of a 'creative break', until they woke me up with the mission." Was the response to Archer's remark with him being awake or here. It was followed with a small yawn to help further his point. Although the second suggestion wasn't a half bad one, which made the guy stop throwing books around him, and then creeped a glance at the computer.
"Got a point there, although it's a lab so it might be lock tight. I might be a genius, but not that smart."With a small sigh, he made his way to the computer in the archives, and even spun in the chair slightly, mostly out of habit, before staring at the computer. "Now if I were a professor here, what would the...password...be?" The guy's words trailed off as he glanced over to the computer's tower.
It was a post-it note, one saying; 'Just changed passwords, new one is HeronisourHero123'. With a raised brow and a shrug, Cass tried putting it in, before chuckling. "Nevermind, I am a genius." No one needed to know that he cheated with that note.

Endric was a little displeased at how.... leisurely everyone seemed to be going about it. No urgency no anything. Arceus what was he working with?
No time to dwell on it though. Endric was busy riffling through whatever he could get his hands on in the archives, stuffing anything of interest (shadow pokemon related or not) in a pocket for safe keeping before shoving stuff aside to grab the next item.
He wasn't finding the bulk of it and that was annoying. He sat back against a desk and just stared out at the room trying to decide what to do next. It had to be somewhere but perhaps somewhere more unseen? Endric started tilting his head to the side, looking as one of the walls from a different angle.
Secret compartment? Seemed silly but men got paranoid when the got oldeer. He knocked on the walls if for no other reason than to sate his curiosity. |

"Creative Break huh? More like nap time until I flip you out of your chair again." he said flatly giving the other a look. Honestly, what was this guy up to? How had he even managed to stay in Cipher this long falling asleep all the time. He sighed a bit but at least the mop top was at least listening to his suggestion of trying the computers. Archer quietly looked over his shoulder as the other attempted to hack the computer and after a few moments was in instantly.
"Why do I have the feeling that was too easy even for you. Alright hot shot, tell me if you find anything useful." he said moving his hands on the back of the chair considering he didn't have any intention of touching the hardware. With his luck Cas would find something and the machine would blow up the minute he put his hands on it. Out of the corner of his eye he also noticed Endric a bit deeper inside the room seeming to have no real luck and possibly tapping on the walls? |

The room may have been bland, but everyone else seemed to liven up the place with a little whip and banter. Probably not the right phrase to use, but thinking about that was a waste of time. There was nothing of interest in the drawers. Just papers about other regions, printed emails regarding new researchers and the ever flavorful hidden erotica.
Honestly, hiding something in a book like that would be genius but too cliche. That and near everything was stored via computers and digital clouds. Caspian and that other dude would have better luck. The desk was emptied while they talked, and Eustace's eyes caught Endric staring at a wall.
"If it were me, I'd bury this crap underground somewhere. I ain't good with computers, so I wouldn't know shit about that." Living off the grid was nice. Nothing but the world as your source of entertainment, and the people? Yeah, they were characters. Good at hiding things, too.
